Production capacities

JSC "Mosmetrostroy" has a modern fleet of special equipment:

For the excavation of distillation tunnels in the most difficult engineering and geological conditions, the company has 7 tunnel boring machines in its arsenal mechanized complexes of the famous German company Herrenknecht:

VSM-10000 shaft boring complex, which allows you to quickly and safely construct vertical shafts with a diameter of up to 11 meters and depth up to 85 meters.

Blocklayer US-01 – completely designed and manufactured by a specialized department of Mosmetrostroy.

Excavator combines, which are used to load waterlogged and sticky non-rocky rocks.

Special-purpose equipment: truck-mounted cranes and special chassis with high lifting capacity from Liebherr, Man dump trucks and Tatra, concrete mixer trucks, concrete pumps (including self-propelled crawler pumps), mobile power plants, Comacchio drilling rigs, bulldozers from Liebherr, Komatsu, crawler and wheeled excavators from Atlas, Liebherr, Hitachi and equipped with a grab and hydraulic wedge front loaders from JCB.

Specialized divisions of Mosmetrostroy construct tunnels and metro stations using open and closed methods in any hydrogeological conditions using various technological equipment.

Open method

The open method is used in the construction of shallow underground structures (up to 20 meters) in a pit previously opened to its full depth.

Using this method, the company's specialists construct:

  • transfer tunnels (single-track or double-track);
  • metro stations;
  • convention cameras;
  • dead ends;
  • all tunnel and station structures (ventilation chambers and ducts, traction and step-down substations).

Closed method

The construction of deep tunnels and stations is one of the most complex works in metro construction. Their construction carried out without opening the surface of the earth at a depth of up to 80 meters using mine shafts or chambers for supplying materials and soil delivery.

In strong stable rocks, the mining method is advisable with the opening of each station tunnel to its full profile and erection of prefabricated lining using special layers. In soft and insufficiently stable rocks, station tunnels erected using the panel method.
