Throughout its existence, Mosmetrostroy expanded the scope of its activities, engaging in the construction and reconstruction of administrative, industrial and residential buildings, architectural and historical complexes, underground garages, shopping centers and many other structures.

The beginning was the construction of housing for our own needs - the resettlement of tens of thousands of metro builders who came from different regions of the country. In total, over the entire period of the organization’s activities, over 400 thousand square meters have been commissioned. m of residential real estate.

In addition, Mosmetrostroy specialists were involved in city orders for the construction and reconstruction of various objects: the former Upper Chambers on Red Square (the current GUM building), a number of Kremlin buildings, the Government House, the conversion of the former Manege premises into the Central Exhibition Hall, the country's largest children's store "Children's World", the hotels "Russia", "Moscow", "President Hotel", restaurant "Prague", Olympic complexes, Luzhniki stadium. All large-scale work was completed with high quality in a short time.

In recent years, schools have been built in Moscow and the Moscow region, a new 9-story building of the Russian Pension Fund, and a large choral synagogue has been reconstructed.
