Mosmetrostroy has established itself as a reliable contractor in the construction and reconstruction of road and railway tunnels, transport interchanges, and transport interchange hubs.
Transport interchange hub (TPU) "Gagarin Square". This is the only underground station of the Moscow Central Circle, built by specialists of the Moscow Metro Construction in order to provide a pedestrian connection between the MCC stop point and the Leninsky Prospekt metro station of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya line.
Covered pedestrian bridge as part of the Solnechnaya transport hub of the Moscow Railway. Instead of the old bridge over the railway tracks, Mosmetrostroy specialists built a new, covered and safe pedestrian crossing.
Construction of a section of Krasnopresnensky Avenue from the Moscow Ring Road to Marshal Zhukov Avenue with a length of 7 km. The highway includes unique structures: North-Western tunnels and the Zhivopisny cable-stayed bridge with an arched design - an unusual structure stretching across the Moscow River. At the top of the bridge there is a hanging two-level ellipsoid with panoramic glazing, inside of which there is an observation deck. For the first time in Russia, a decision was implemented to combine a three-lane highway and a metro line (the section from the Krylatskoye to Strogino station) in one section of the tunnel. Drilling of transport tunnels was carried out by a tunnel-boring mechanized complex (TBMC) from the Herrenknecht company with a diameter of 14.2 m, and a service tunnel - 6.28 m with a hydraulic load on the face.
Reconstruction of the interchange at the intersection of Zvenigorodskoe highway with the Moscow Ring Road and Novorizhskoe highway. The new interchange allowed vehicles to quickly travel through the transit directions of highways. This transport hub is a four-level structure. The first level is a direct route connecting the Zvenigorodskoe highway with Novorizhskoe; the second - MKAD; the third is a one and a half kilometer overpass for the exit from the western direction onto Novorizhskoye Highway; the fourth is also a one and a half kilometer overpass for the exit from the Novorizhskoe highway to the Moscow Ring Road towards the Leningradskoe and Dmitrovskoe highways. The second overpass is located under the first, descends to the ground and goes into a 180-meter tunnel under the Moscow Ring Road, crossing the ring along a curve and exiting to the surface through an exit ramp.
Tunnel-type transport interchanges on Kutuzovsky Prospekt, Gagarin Square and in Lefortovo on the Third Transport Ring. The construction of tunnels under Kutuzovsky Prospekt was carried out in the “Milanese way” without closing traffic along the highway. A total of six tunnels were built, the length of the central ones was 610 linear meters. m. Mosmetrostroy constructed a section of the Gagarinsky road and railway tunnels. When laying the track superstructure, the latest technologies were used to protect it from vibration. When working on the Lefortovo road tunnel, Mosmetrostroy specialists were the first in Russia to use the method of fencing a pit with a 30-meter sheet pile.
