Renovating Buildings to Raise Energy Performance: Cases from around the World

The Energy Efficiency Hub regularly brings officials and experts from their members to share best practices and experiences on energy efficiency policy and implementation. This session will gather lessons from around the world on improving the energy performance of existing buildings, whether through dedicated programmes or components of broader building renovations. 

Speakers will share case studies of past and current programmes, describing objectives, challenges, approaches and results. They will represent a variety of circumstances and sectors, to give a sense of the differences and the commonalities that countries confront in making progress in this diverse sector.
