On June 11, the Mosmetrostroy team won the first mini-football tournament this season among construction organizations in the capital. The venue for the competition was the CitySport Metallurg stadium.
Eleven metropolitan organizations put up their best players: GC Su-555, Monarch concern, Mosgorgeotrest, GlavApu, First DSK, JSC URST, Mosgosstroynadzor, Mosinzhproekt, MIP Stroy 1, Department of Urban Development Policy of the city and Mosmetrostroy.
As the captain of the Mosmetrostroy team and its coach Alexey Alexandrov said, the participating teams were divided into subgroups. The games themselves were held on football grounds in a round robin system. Afterwards, depending on the place taken, the absolute championship was played out in the subgroup.
After the final games, the winners were determined:
1st place – JSC “Mosmetrostroy”
2nd place – LLC GK SU-555
3rd place – State Budgetary Institution “Mosgorgeotrest”
The top four was closed by the team of First DSK LLC.
“In the final, the Mosmetrostroy team beat their opponents from GC SU-555 with a score of 3:1,” said Alexey Alexandrov. The winners received well-deserved certificates and medals, and the Metrostroy football players also received a winner's cup.
