From September 9 to 11, the IX meeting of young specialists from Moscow construction industry organizations took place. The rally of young specialists is a joint event of the Department and the Council of Young Specialists of the Complex of Urban Planning Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow. This year, the rally, held in the Solnechnogorsk district of the Moscow region, brought together the maximum number of participants - 26 teams from construction organizations in the city and five teams from specialized universities. The Mosmetrostroy team, which this year consisted of 17 people, took part for the second time.
The theme of the 2016 construction festival was determined and dictated by the main event of September - the elections. As planned by the organizers, young professionals and students, divided into 16 mixed teams, were to take part in the interactive game “Election Day”, the results of which were to determine the concept of the tenth anniversary rally.
But the main struggle was for the main trophy - the challenge cup for the winners of the Young Professionals' Meeting. The team had to complete four tasks - a photo task, an intellectual task, morning exercises and a presentation of the organization, which was demonstrated at the ceremonial parade. As a “homework”, we answered a quiz on knowledge of the specifics of the profession, showing erudition and logic, placed a photograph against the background of an iconic construction site of developing Moscow, which was attended by all team members, and prepared a short presentation in a creative form, where it was important not only to talk about what the organization does, but also to introduce each participant, tell how he is useful in his organization and the Council of Young Professionals.
The idea, reflected both in the photo assignment and in the presentation of the organization, was based on an event that took place in the life of the Council in August - the wedding of two of our colleagues - Ekaterina Galkina and Roman Shergin. We combined these two tasks with one motto: “Mosmetrostroy - we build not only the metro, but also families.”
The photograph recreated the moment of the “marriage proposal”, and the photograph itself was taken at the Okruzhnaya station under construction on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line of the Moscow Metro. And this idea was appreciated by both the jury and other participating teams, and as a result, we became the winners of the photo competition.
To represent the organization, our team prepared a vocal and dance performance, in the first part of which, in a creative way, it showed the stages of metro construction using the example of our two stations “Rumyantsevo” and “Salaryevo”, and in the second - about the work of the Council and the events in which it participates and which it organizes, as well as about the wedding that took place. And here we were also awarded a diploma as the team that showed the best results in the ceremonial parade.
Morning exercises, where the mass participation of participants, activity and the presence of a leader in the team were assessed, brought our team another diploma.
As a result of the three-day rally, our team became the vice-champion, losing to the young specialists of Mosinzhproekt JSC, but of all the participating teams brought home the largest number of diplomas and thanks: “Gratitude for active participation, the will to win and perseverance in achieving a collective goal”, “Diploma for winning the photo competition”, “Diploma for the original performance of morning exercises”, “Diploma for the best result in the ceremonial parade” and “Diploma for 2nd place.”
The main goal of the rally is to promote the personal development of participants, the formation of team spirit and professional connections between event participants. And I can say with confidence that the most important result of the rally was the even greater unity of our team. I would like to thank all members of our team and all those who helped and supported, especially the management of JSC Mosmetrostroy.
