Direct dialogue
On January 26, 2017, a meeting of the General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC S.A. took place, which has already become an annual meeting. Zhukova with young specialists from organizations.
In his welcoming speech, Sergei Anatolyevich spoke about how significant the year 2016 was for metro construction workers. For the first time in recent years, five metro stations were opened at once, which the entire Mosmetrostroy team of many thousands is certainly proud of. Of course, Sergei Anatolyevich spoke about the reasons for the merger of SMU, the current situation, and what awaits us ahead.
Also, as part of this event, a report on the work of the Council of Young Specialists of Moscow Metro Construction Organizations for the first year after the creation of the Council was presented to the attention of those gathered. Let me remind you that the Council was created in December 2015, based on the results of the first annual meeting of young specialists with General Director Sergei Anatolyevich Zhukov.
In her reporting material, Chairman of the Council Olga Kuleshova drew attention to the most striking events in the life of active young specialists of organizations. Olga spoke about victories in forums, competitions at the city and even international level, noted the availability of opportunities for creative and personal self-realization, increasing the level of professional knowledge of each member of the active Council, and finally, the opportunity to be heard.
The event ended with the awarding of the Chairman of the Council of Young Professionals of Mosmetrostroy organizations Olga Kuleshova with gratitude from the General Director.
Many young specialists noted that the dialogue was sufficient frank. Sergei Anatolyevich not only gave comprehensive answers to questions of interest to young people, but also called the format of the annual meetings a “round table”. Such a direct dialogue provides an opportunity for proactive participants in the event to express their opinions or voice existing proposals on issues of concern to the team.
The event ended with the awarding of the Chairman of the Council of Young Professionals of Mosmetrostroy organizations, Olga Kuleshova, with gratitude from the General Director.
I am confident that the Council will continue to actively work aimed at improving the corporate spirit and image of an organization with an 85-year history, called “Moscow metrostroy".
