On February 3 and 4, 2026, a seminar on the program:“Trade Union Management” was held at the educational center “Pravda” of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions.
The seminar was attended by employees of the ROO-TPS staff of Moscow Metrostroy workers, under the leadership of Chairman Sergei Grigorievich Steshenko, chairmen and deputy chairmen of the primary trade union organizations of Mosmetrostroy JSC, in the amount of 15 people.
The program of the seminar “Trade Union Management” included: a lecture “Collective Agreement”, workshops on various topics: master classes and cases on labor protection, an interactive game: “Motivation for Trade Union Membership”.
All seminar participants, during their two days at the Pravda educational center, were actively involved in the work.
The lecture “Collective Agreement” was very relevant and useful, causing a lot of discussion. During the discussion, the lecturer tried to answer all the questions from the audience, and also held separate consultations.
During practical occupational safety classes, students divided into groups and competed in teams.
Interactive game: “Motivation for Trade Union Membership” brought the participants a lot of positive emotions, as well as useful professional experience of colleagues from other organizations in Moscow on motivating workers to join the trade union movement.
