At the round table on July 4 at 17:00, the traditional meeting of the General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC Sergei Anatolyevich Zhukov with the Council of Young Specialists of Moscow Metrostroy Organizations took place. The following were invited to it: chief engineer V.I. Lapshin, Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Corporate Relations O.V. Menshina, Deputy Chairman of the Terkom of Trade Unions of Workers of Mosmetrostroy Organizations - S.V. Kaluzhsky and, of course, the young specialists themselves. I will add that the meeting was also attended by specialists from Moscow Metro Construction organizations who have not yet joined the Council.
The meeting began with a speech by the general director about the state of affairs in the company. Sergei Anatolyevich spoke energetically, in detail, succinctly, and was interesting to listen to.
A report on the work of the Council for the first half of 2017 was presented to the attention of those present. Maria Abramova, First Deputy Chairman, spoke about the social, cultural, sports, and educational events already implemented by young specialists, behind which a lot of preparatory work is hidden.
After that, according to the agenda, we moved on to questions and answers. The dialogue turned out to be so interesting that it could be continued endlessly. For example, Anna Popova from UCM asked Sergei Anatolyevich: “What is the most difficult thing for you in your work, and what is the most enjoyable?” The director answered without hesitation: “I come here at 8 in the morning and leave after dark, at least 6 days a week. I enjoy my work."
There was a question from Alena Menshina, a specialist in the company’s contract department: “How do you feel about the KVN game?”
- “Positive. Definitely positive. I am ready to contribute to this initiative of the Council, to help, if necessary, to participate,” S.A. answered affirmatively. Zhukov.
“Tell me, could we start practicing meetings with managers supervising the facilities to transfer experience to young people, understand some of the problems during the construction of the metro, develop cooperation and possibly form a personnel reserve?” This was another question from Alena. And the chief engineer of the Moscow Metro Construction undertook to answer it. Vladimir Ivanovich said clearly: “Come, let’s discuss it, we’ll do it!”
And the last question that came to the email without a signature was about the personal fulfillment of our leader: “Where and how do you see your professional development?”
“Now I associate all my thoughts about the future only with the Moscow Metro Construction. Develop and develop together with the organization in a modern rhythm, in accordance with high competitive requirements! ”, said Sergey Anatolyevich.
The General Director inquired about the level of salaries, whether they met the requirements of young people and, in general, received a positive assessment. Called on every member of the Active to be a leader and lead the masses. I recommended that those who have not yet joined the Council join the friendly team.
At the end of the meeting, a group photo was taken and, of course, a selfie. We greatly value the management’s support and would like to thank them for the trust they have placed in the youth. Without support, such a successful implementation would simply not be possible! We are proud of what we have achieved. We are ready to continue to implement our plans and dreams for our own development, the well-being of the Moscow Metro, while continuing to build the civic position of young people in the State.
