On the eve of February 23, the Territorial Committee of the Mosmetrostroy Workers' Trade Union united metro construction workers to support the participants in the special military operation and take part in an event to collect gifts and humanitarian aid for military personnel of the Northern Military District, dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day
The campaign took place from February 2 to February 23 at more than 50 reception points throughout the city: in the Gift Factory pavilions, the headquarters of the Moscow Helps project and the Good Place volunteer centers.
Metro construction workers - members of the trade union - collected and sent to the headquarters of the "Moscow Helps" project humanitarian aid for participants in the special military operation: men's gift sets and personal hygiene products, warm clothes: hats, sports balaclavas and scarves for protection from the wind, mittens, gloves, insoles, socks, thermal underwear, food and much more.
I would especially like to mention the workers of SMU-6, KSUM, USR, ANO Preschool World of Childhood, Metrogprotrans.
Young pupils of the kindergarten “Solnyshko” of the ANO preschool “World of Childhood” became one of the most active participants in the pre-holiday event. The kids took a creative approach to creating congratulations: the children, together with their teachers, prepared hand-made gifts. They made crafts and also decorated greeting cards with appliqués.
