For the first time, the idea of holding educational business events was voiced during a summer meeting with the General Director of Mosmetrostroy, Sergei Zhukov, who supported the desire of the younger generation for personal growth.
Invited business trainers built a training program based on the “Festival of Useful Knowledge” principle, consisting of two trainings “Time Traps” and “Project Management”, as well as a business game “Can we agree?”
The main objectives of the seminar were aimed at developing personal competencies, communication skills and thinking several steps forward, involving new specialists in the work of the Council and strengthening functional interaction between them. This format allowed the participants, more than 40 employees of the Mosmetrostroy group of companies, to receive not only useful information and good motivation, but also to complete an intensive practical course in one day, which can be immediately applied in their professional activities. Upon completion of training, young specialists received personal certificates of seminar participants.
