15 February, the Conference of the Mosmetrostroy labor collective was held to fulfill the obligations of the Collective Agreement of the Moscow Metrostroy organizations for 2017 - 2019.
The work was attended by 196 authorized delegates from 205 elected, heads of organizations of JSC "Mosmetrostroy" and chairmen of the primary trade union committees.
On the agenda was the issue of compliance social partners of mutual obligations to fulfill the Collective Agreement for the reporting year 2017.
Opening the meeting, Chairman of the Terkom of the Mosmetrostroy trade union Sergey Grigorievich Steshenko recalled that the subject of the Collective Agreement is the fulfillment of obligations on labor safety conditions, its payment, guarantees and compensation, employment and other issues related to labor and social relations.
The trade union leader, having analyzed the implementation of the main sections of the agreement, noted that issues relating to both the signing of the Collective Agreement and the progress of its implementation were made by joint decisions of the administration and the trade union, taking into account the real capabilities of the organizations. In 2017, wages were indexed by 10% and in general the average wage of employees amounted to 61,664 rubles. Vacation pay was paid three days before the start of the vacation. Delays in wage payments during the reporting period were one-time and did not exceed 5-7 days.
Last year, all Mosmetrostroy organizations spent 153,042,000 rubles on labor protection. Departments of Mosmetrostroy JSC and the Technical Labor Inspectorate of the Trade Union Tercom regularly carried out comprehensive inspections of the state of labor conditions and labor protection, industrial and environmental safety; persons injured at work and who lost their professional ability to work were paid a one-time monetary compensation in excess of that provided for by Federal legislation.
For the first time in a long time, voluntary health insurance contracts were concluded.
Amounts of payments sent for material assistance, were determined in the previous Collective Agreement and retained in the current edition.
2,609 employees of organizations of the Mosmetrostroy group of companies are accommodated in the dormitories. Nonresident workers receive a subsidy of up to 50% of the cost or 4.5 thousand rubles. per room.
Financing from JSC Mosmetrostroy, the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions and the Territorial Trade Union of Moscow Metrostroy Workers allowed 173 children of metro construction workers to relax in the Children's Health Camp in 2017. During the summer season, Terkom sent almost 40 workers to the health complex near Gelendzhik.
During the winter campaign, 2 New Year performances were prepared and held at the Olympic Sports Palace, 2,594 tickets were purchased and issued, 7,251 New Year's gifts were purchased, 434 children of metro builders visited the Christmas tree in the State Kremlin Palace.
Deputy General Director for General Issues and Interaction with Government Authorities Vasily Grigorievich Lomakin spoke about how, in accordance with the Collective Agreement, Mosmetrostroy JSC works to develop partnerships, improve socio-economic working conditions, provide benefits and guarantees.
He highlighted such important points as the restoration of the children's health camp "Young Metrostroyevets", the renovation of the organizations' dormitories Moscow Metrostroy, participation in the development and installation of the monument to Yu.A. Gagarin.
Summarizing the results of the Conference, the delegates unanimously adopted a resolution in which they confirmed that basically all the obligations assumed by the parties are being fulfilled.
The issue of participation of metro construction workers in the elections of the President of the Russian Federation was raised. Steshenko S.G. and Lomakin V.G. They called on everyone to take an active part and talked about the prepared propaganda materials.
