MMC International repaired dormitories, a medical isolation ward, a building for study groups, and built a boiler room. Work on treatment facilities continues. USR and SMU-4 renovated the canteen, staff buildings and hotels.
SMU-25 restored the fire-drinking water supply system, water tower and fire tank, and also completed the 1st stage of work on the heating network.

According to Deputy General Director of MMS International Alexander Golubchikov, in mid-March they plan to begin commissioning the boiler room and connect constant heating in the canteen, medical isolation ward, administrative building, and gym.

Two buildings for sports personnel, a library building and an old medical building are being renovated while preserving their historical appearance. They are planned to be handed over by the opening of the camp.

Currently, work on landscaping the camp territory is being carried out by SMU-9 specialists. 30 percent has already been completed, about 1,200 square meters of paving stones have been laid, and in the spring about 3,400 more square meters of paving slabs will be required.
On the linden alley, wooden gazebos have been preserved - children used to do creative work in them. They will be restored according to old drawings. By summer, the foundation will be strengthened and cosmetic repairs will be carried out.
Another iconic place of the “Young Metro Builder” is the club. Young pioneers came here for concerts and theme nights. Now, according to the new project, it will become multifunctional - conferences, meetings and sports competitions in badminton and table tennis will be held there in order to relieve the congestion of the gym.
The engineering project is finishing the project for the central entrance of the camp. According to the architects' plan, the children will enter the territory through a symbolic tunnel made of tubing.
