21 In April 2018, the football team of JSC Mosmetrostroy took part in the charity tournament “Chance Football Cup - 2018”, which was held to help people with cancer.
Last year the tournament was held in St. Petersburg, and this year the organizers chose Moscow. The Meteor stadium received the participants.
All funds from the tournament will be used for the treatment of Elena Shchadilova. These funds are faith and hope for the parents, and, of course, there are great chances for the child’s recovery, because the last course of expensive treatment for skin cancer remains.
In addition to football teams, the company “NIKE” joined the charity event with gifts, “Royal Water”, the printing company “BAM” from the city of Pushkino and other sponsors. There were presenters, massage therapists and simply caring people from social networks who responded and made sweets and a signature cake for the winners.
– The result in terms of goals is not so important, although our team became third in this tournament, participation is important. Football, which gives hope, supports both areas - sports and good deeds; combining them is doubly pleasant! – says the team coach and Chairman of the Metrostroy Sports Club Alexey Alexandrov.
