С From September 17 to September 23, 2018, the 1st ROSPRONZHEL Youth Festival was held on the sea coast in Sochi. 205 young trade union activists from all over the country took part in it.
The event program consisted of the presentation of projects, educational trainings, master classes and round tables. All participants managed not only to communicate with experienced delegates of the plenum, but also to meet young active trade union leaders from different organizations and cities.
The Tercom of the Moscow Metro Construction Trade Union was represented at the festival by employees of UMM CJSC Yulia Guseva and Egor Shapiro. Young specialists prepared a project on the topic “Mosmetrostroy. We have something to be proud of!”.
The guys performed well, and also attended the final of the International Games “Sport of Generations” on Krasnaya Polyana and became participants in the VI Plenum of the Central Committee of the Russian Union of Railway Workers and Transport Builders.
Six days flew by at cosmic speed, but this is not a reason for sadness. Each participant took with them a charge of energy for the whole year, a lot of vivid impressions and knowledge, invaluable experience, new ideas and a great mood.
