At The competition “Young Trade Union Leader of the Central Federal District-2018” ended a few days ago. And, although the young leaders of Mosmetrostroy did not take part in it, they also have a small contribution to the preparation of competitors from Moscow trade union organizations.
10/24/2018. The final of the competition “Young Trade Union Leader of Moscow-2018” took place. The competition was prepared by the Department of Social, Sports and Youth Programs of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions, and the reception of guests and the holding of the competition was undertaken by the Terkom of the Trade Union and the youth of Mosmetrostroy.
An amazing and vibrant celebration of youth and leadership talents was created by 10 finalists of industry competitions, 10 young trade union leaders with their support groups, presenting to the jury and spectators their vision of the development of the trade union movement.
We can safely say that never before has the hall of the Moscow Metro Construction, accustomed to solemn gatherings, been so relaxed and cheerful. More than three hundred children occupied all the seats, stood in the aisles and doorways, shouting chants, waving flags and posters with words of support for their leaders and rooting for them from the heart.
The objective result was ensured by the competition jury, headed by the chief adviser to the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Igor Budykin, with the participation of the Deputy Chairman of the Youth Parliament under the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alexey Kulinich, Deputy Head of the Department of Organizational Work and Development of the Trade Union Movement of the FNPR Nikolai Tsyvenov.
It’s nice to know that, although representatives of Mosmetrostroy did not become the first, second place was rightfully taken by member of the trade union committee of UMM CJSC Tatyana Platonova, and Alena Menshina, deputy chairman of the trade union committee of the Department, was recognized as the best in the “Public Recognition” nomination Mosmetrostroy.
