Sail at speed and for the soul

B In the swimming pool of the Moscow State Technical University named after N.E. Bauman, already familiar to Mosmetrostroy athletes since last fall, a personal and team swimming championship took place. The distance was the same for everyone - 50 meters. Any style was allowed. The composition of the teams was not limited, but only the three best results were taken into account.

In total, about 30 people came to the start. The swimmers representing the Tunnel 2001 team showed themselves to be the fastest. Behind them are the teams TO-6, SMU-24, UMM and KSUM. Among the men, the best swimmer of the winning team, Nikita Shevchenko, turned out to be the fastest. Second place went to Dmitry Zhukov from SMU-24. Alexander Kalaev, who also competed for Tunnel 2001, closed the top three most prepared athletes.

Of the swimmers, Lidia Tudorovich finished faster than the rest, defending the sporting honor of UMM. Elena Burmistrova, an employee of the Mosmetrostroy Administration, showed the second result. The next places were taken by Lydia Bobukina from Tunnel-2001 and Raisa Filipenkova from KSUM.

After the official starts there is still time for free swimming - without looking back for seconds.
