22 November 2018 A meeting of the Presidium of the Terkom Trade Union in an expanded format was held at Mosmetrostroy. It was attended by: General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC Sergey Zhukov and his deputies.
The agenda of the Presidium included issues of fulfilling the terms of the Collective Agreement, preparing for the winter period, and providing workers with personal protective equipment.
However, the conversation between the company management and the activists of the primary trade union organizations resulted in an open and lively discussion of the entire range of issues relating to the activities of Mosmetrostroy. There were questions about prices and wages, about the quality of workwear and the provision of PPE, about the prospects for metro construction and labor productivity, about children's recreation and the New Year's campaign....
Answering questions, S. Zhukov instructed the responsible persons to ensure strengthened control over the implementation and compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code, Collective Agreement, and other local regulations and expressed hope for continuing an honest and open dialogue with the leaders and activists of trade union organizations.
