So On February 2-3, 2019, the Forum of Young Builders was held for the first time on the territory of the Rainbow children's health camp, organized by the Council of Young Specialists of the Complex of Urban Development Policy and Construction of the City of Moscow. The event was attended by 30 construction organizations and 100 young professionals.
The Forum program was very rich and informative. Ekaterina Formalnova, federal trainer and head of All-Russian and international forums and schools for personal growth and student government development, opened the forum program. She told how you can become a successful leader and how to create a dream team. Also, together with her, we searched for our inner motivator and comprehended the term #HappinessWithoutWeekends.
Then the participants went off to their own areas (educational, social, sports, PR, cultural), and the next part of the training began, where we had to develop a strategy for rescuing the “special agent” from the enemy camp. Despite the funny name and comic format of this team quest, it was aimed at team building, the ability to work together and listen to each other.
The second half of the day consisted of master classes in areas. The trainers impressed the participants with their tools and modern approach to training. In the information sector and PR these were: Anton Golubchik and Anna Olkhovaya (head of the public relations department of the State Autonomous Institution “MOSGORTUR”). In education – Diana Kolesnikova (creator of the “Lifestyle” project - an experimental platform for career guidance). In the cultural and mass sector - Yulia Udaltsova (head of the public events department of the State Autonomous Institution "Mosgortour"). In the social sector, the trainer was Ksenia Komyshanova (manager of the department of children's and family recreation programs at MOSGORTUR). In sports – Marina Pakalova (chief specialist of the Marketing and Affiliate Service Department of the Russian Olympic Committee LLC). Participants also had the opportunity to talk and take pictures with the invited guest - Russian synchronized swimming athlete, 2016 Olympic champion Gelena Topilina.
At the end of the day, young specialists had the opportunity to participate in the exciting game “Federation Council”, where they had to analyze not only the actions of their team, but also all others. In addition, everyone could try themselves as a speaker, singer or dancer. This eventful day ended with a game of Quiz, “Evening Light” and reflection.
On the second day, the Forum participants had to create their own team project and defend it in front of the organizers. We were helped in this by Daria Shamray, the head of the project to support the export of tourism services, and Fyodor Molkov, the director of the Novoslobodsky cultural center. The training turned out to be so exciting and interesting that some team members even refused to take a lunch break. It was necessary to complete my project and present it to my colleagues. All participants coped with this task with great pleasure.
At the end of the Forum, each participant was awarded a certificate for participation. We hope that similar events will be held in the future!
