About 350 people took part in the meeting, consisting of 30 participating companies and 5 universities.

This year the event was held under the motto “Together” and each team put something of its own into these words.

The Stroyslet program consisted of a quiz, which was held in advance on the social network Instagram, a video challenge “Moscow through the eyes of young builders,” morning exercises, creative homework on the topic: “We are the youth of the Moscow construction complex,” an opening parade, as well as team-building events in mixed teams.

Over the course of two days, moderators together with teams developed projects, participated in educational, sports and creative events, which resulted in the creation of a unique “City of Dreams”.

This year, the assessment of organizations was carried out according to the Eurovision principle: teams of organizations assessed each other’s work during the Meeting. Each team could vote for any five organizations, taking into account the brightness of the presentation, creativity of the approach, disclosure of the topic and adherence to the timing of the presentation.

The Council of Young Professionals of Mosmetrostroy organizations, consisting of 10 team members, adequately represented their company at the event, showing the cohesion and unity of the team.

We express our gratitude to the leadership of the Moscow Metrostroy for the enormous support of young people and the opportunities provided for self-realization, not only in the professional, but also in the creative direction!

Together we shape our future and together we are responsible for what we do!
