Sergei Zhukov began the meeting by summing up the results of the past year. The CEO listed the new facilities that had been put into operation, reported on the company’s financial performance and named its priority goals.

The Chairman of the Council of Young Professionals, Maria Abramova, also made a report. She spoke in detail about the activities of the youth of Mosmetrostroy since the previous meeting with the general director.

“We took part in the Gathering of Young Professionals of the Capital Construction Complex, the Forum of Young Builders, the Engineer of the Year competition and the Youth Festival in Sochi, held intellectual competitions, sports competitions, excursions, a trip to a sponsored orphanage and organized many other corporate events,” Maria noted and then showed a video created specifically to attract new participants to the professional association.

For their contribution to the development of Mosmetrostroy, Sergei Zhukov presented certificates of honor to members of the Council: leading engineer of the labor and environmental safety department Maria Abramova, leading specialist of the personnel and social development department Natalia Ermakova, lawyer of the contract department Alena Menshina, deputy head of the planning department TO-6 Tatyana Platonova and mining foreman SMU-9 Roman Shergin. Letters of gratitude were awarded to military registration specialist of Mosmetrostroy JSC Daria Bambenkova, SMU-1 foreman Anton Bogdanov, senior accountant of UCM Anna Popova, deputy head of the TO-6 section Anvar Fazylov and surveyor of Tunnel-2001 Nikita Shevchenko.

In the final part of the meeting, the CEO answered questions in a dialogue format. Planning department engineer TO-6 Svetlana Bakanova asked in a pre-recorded video:

– How do you improve your professional qualifications?

– I read literature: technical, on business ethics. And, of course, I discuss production issues with my colleagues and listen to their professional opinion. Communication and books are the best way to accumulate knowledge,” Zhukov shared his advice.
