Young specialists from Mosmetrostroy organizations took part in the Youth Forum of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions - 2019, which was held from November 29 to December 1, 2019 at the Horizon Park Hotel. More than 200 young trade union leaders were invited to the Forum - representatives of youth councils of IFP member organizations aged 18 to 35 years.
The Forum program included various trainings and master classes conducted by famous speakers. The main topics of the speeches are related to youth policy and the development of leadership qualities among trade union activists. During the “open microphone”, Forum participants also had the opportunity to ask questions of interest to trade union leaders. The questions of the Forum participants were answered by the guests of honor: the chairman of the trade union of healthcare workers of the city of Moscow - Sergey Remizov, the chairman of the Dorprofzhel on the Moscow Railway - Nikolai Sinitsyn, the chairman of the Moscow city organization of the trade union of workers of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation - Alexandra Pshenichnikova, the chairman of the Moscow city trade union of road transport and road workers - Alexander Shurikov, the chairman of the Territorial trade union of workers of the Moscow Metrostroy - Sergei Steshenko, as well as the chairman of the IFP - Mikhail Antontsev.
In addition, within the framework of the Forum, the final of the competition “Young Trade Union Leader of the City of Moscow - 2019” was held, the finalists of which were 12 representatives of IFP member organizations who passed a difficult selection.
