The Council of Young Specialists of Mosmetrostroy organizations is five years old. The first anniversary was celebrated with a meeting with the company management.
The meeting of the General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC with the Council of Young Professionals took place on February 11 in the assembly hall of the Directorate on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. Sergey Zhukov told the youth about significant events in the industrial life of the past 2020 and the prospects for the development of our company in the future.
In turn, acting Chairman of the Council of Young Professionals of Mosmetrostroy Galina Matsyuta presented a report on the activities of the past year. She thanked the management for the support and motivation of young people, the opportunity to gain new knowledge and develop creative potential in parallel with their main professional activities.
The final part of the meeting was held in an open microphone format, where young specialists had the opportunity to ask the CEO questions they were interested in. A pleasant conclusion to the meeting was the presentation of certificates of honor to active participants for their contribution to the development of Mosmetrostroy.
The Council of Young Professionals was created in 2015. It united the creative and talented youth of Mosmetrostroy, everyone who cares about the corporate and social life of the company. Since its founding, the number of Council members from various structural divisions has exceeded one hundred.
– Five years ago, we gathered active youth from our organizations and invited them to create something similar to the Council of Young Professionals of the Department of Urban Development Policy of the City of Moscow, which at that time was active among young personnel. The youth responded with great enthusiasm,” recalls Oksana Menshina, Deputy General Director for Personnel Management and Corporate Relations of Mosmetrostroy JSC. – Now the Council regularly holds social events, children visit children in orphanages, organize and participate in sports and educational events. Of course, it is not easy to combine main work with social work, but young specialists find time, support our initiatives, pick up any idea and get excited about it. The council gives them the opportunity not only to spend their free time usefully, but also to demonstrate leadership skills, hone business communication, learn ethics, subordination and, of course, have the opportunity to directly address the CEO at annual meetings.
