Xxx reporting and election conference of the trade union organization

In the assembly hall of the Mosmetrostroy Administration on Tsvetnoy Boulevard on October 15, delegates and guests of the reporting and election Conference of the trade union organization of Mosmetrostroy summed up the results of the work of the Regional public organization - the Territorial Trade Union of Moscow Metrostroy Workers ROSPROFZHEL since 2015 and elected a new committee for the next five years.

36 out of 41 elected delegates and about 40 guests took an active part in the work of the anniversary XXX reporting and election Conference of the trade union organization Mosmetrostroy.

The agenda of the Conference included a report on the work of the Terkom of the trade union from December 1, 2015 to October 15, 2020, a report of the control and audit commission, issues of termination of powers of the presidium and the selection of a new composition of the Terkom, nomination of delegates to the upcoming XXXIII Congress of ROSPRONZHEL and to the 7th (XXV) reporting and election Conference of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions (MFP).

The Conference was led by the working Presidium, which included the chairman of the Terkom of the trade union Sergei Steshenko, the chairman of the trade union organization "Metrogiprotrans" and the budget commission of the Terkom Nikolai Gorokhov, the general director of JSC "Mosmetrostroy" Sergei Zhukov and his first deputy Mikhail Arbuzov, the chairman of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions Mikhail Antontsev, the deputy chairman of ROSPROFZHEL Alexey Air raids.

To confirm the powers of the delegates and the presence of a quorum, a credentials commission consisting of two people was elected - the chairman of the Stroymekhservice PPO Olga Bobkova and the chairman of the MMS International PPO Irina Dolgopolova. The editorial commission included the chairman of the PPO "SMU-4 Metrostroy" Evgeny Afonin and the chairman of the PPO "Tunnel - 2001" Lyubov Andreeva.

The Chairman of the Terkom Sergei Steshenko made a report on the activities of the Territorial Committee of the trade union of Mosmetrostroy over a five-year period, and Antonina Ionova, Deputy Chairman of the Control and Audit Commission of ROO-TPS, reported to the elected delegates on the financial and economic state of the territorial organization of the trade union.

General Director of Mosmetrostroy JSC Sergey Zhukov in his speech noted the high role of Terkom in the social life of the team as an integral part of it. The work of the Terkom and personally Sergei Steshenko was highly appreciated by the Deputy Chairman of ROSPROFZHEL Alexey Naletov and the Chairman of the IFP Mikhail Antontsev, who presented the Chairman of the Terkom with a Certificate of Honor from the FNPR and a Gratitude of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions.

In the speeches of all the delegates who took part in the debate, the work of the Terkom of the Mosmetrostroy trade union over the past period was recognized as satisfactory.

As a result of voting, Sergei Steshenko was unanimously re-elected as Chairman of the ROO-TPS of the employees of Mosmetrostroy ROSPROFZHEL.

Delegates to the Conference elected new members of the Territorial Committee and the Control and Audit Commission. Immediately after the end of the Conference, the 1st Plenum of the ROO-TPS of Mosmetrostroy workers was held, at which the Terprofzhel Presidium of 7 people was formed.

During the Conference, for active work to achieve a high level of trade union membership, the Chairman of the PPO "SMU-12 Mosmetrostroya" Alexey Kamyshov, the Chairman of the PPO "Tonnelstroykomplekt" and "KometBeton" Anzhelika Fomicheva, the Chairman of the PPO "ANO Mir Detstva" Oksana Montseva, who was also awarded the Certificate of Honor from Terkom, were awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Moscow Federation of Trade Unions trade union for 1st place in the photo competition “Life and work in self-isolation – 2020”.
