The final station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line in the north will be “Fiztekh”, located along the Dmitrovskoye highway, at the intersection with the Dolgoprudnenskoye highway.
The station is planned to have one vestibule, and exits will be arranged from Akademika Landau Boulevard. "MS" tells how "Phystech" is being built.
Builders have been building a new station in the north of the capital for more than a year. We started by fencing the site last April, then began developing the pit and excavating the soil.
Coordinated actions made it possible to complete the fencing of the pit at the end of June. The builders already have a “wall in the ground” ready. The teams work around the clock in two shifts: up to 50 people during the day and ten remain on night duty. They have special equipment in their arsenal: truck cranes, loaders, tractors and excavators.
“There were no particular difficulties at the site,” said Vladimir Shamalo, deputy head of site No. 6 of Stroymekhservis. – There is a typical Moscow problem - the removal of utilities. But we can cope with it too.
Hydrogeology turned out to be familiar too. Another plus was that at Fiztekh there are no large water inflows, so characteristic of previous sections of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line.
“Fiztekh” is a unique station. It has one of the longest pits. It's almost ready.
“We are now constructing monolithic structures on the vestibule and reversible dead ends,” said Ilya Zvyagin, head of section No. 1 of SMU-1. – There is also a building for operational premises with an emergency exit.
In the near future, the main task of the teams will remain the construction of monolithic structures of the station complex, concrete preparation for the Phystech tray, completion of the development of the site and construction of the vestibule.
At the same time, SMU-1, as a general contractor, closely monitors order at the sites. For basing special equipment, the surface is lined with slabs. The deployment of camps for crews continues. This will take another month. There are also plans to set up armored workshops.
From the end of July, the crews at the site will be strengthened, promising to bring work to full capacity by August. Currently, four organizations are involved in the construction of Phystech: SMU-1, SMU-12, Stroymekhservice and TO-6. The latter work on the platform section.
Let us remind you that tunnels between Lianozovo and Phystech were previously completed. This stage was completed at the end of November last year. Then two Herrenknecht TBMs S-770 “Tatyana” and S-771 “Irina” connected two stations within a year.
“The shields were dismantled and transported to the base, where they underwent sanitization and repair,” noted Ilya Zvyagin. “Now they are waiting in the wings to go to the construction of sections of another metro line.
BTW
The connection of the southern vestibule of the Lianozovo station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line to the existing underground pedestrian crossing under Dmitrovskoye Shosse has been completed. Utilities were previously removed from the construction area. Specialists excavated the foundation pit and prepared concrete for waterproofing. The next stage will be the construction of monolithic structures.
At the same time, the finishing of the floors of the ticket hall of the southern lobby, which will be connected to the platform area by three escalators, is underway. Their installation is planned for the fall of this year.
