Tunnels completed by 70 percent

The construction site of the Lianozovo station was inspected by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on July 14. He stated that this station and two more - “Yakhromskaya” (project name - “Street of the 800th Anniversary of Moscow”) and “Fiztekh” will be commissioned as a single section in 2023.

Three tunneling complexes are laying an underground path almost seven kilometers long to the north from the Seligerskaya station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. Very soon the line will leave the Moscow Ring Road.

The running tunnels between the Lianozovo and Fiztekh stations have been completed by 70 percent. The builders promise to complete the construction work by November.

“Lianozovo is a very important station, MCD-1 passes nearby, and we need to move the station closer to the metro in order to create a single transport hub,” said Sergei Sobyanin. – Thus, two construction projects must be completed here at the same time: both on the railway and on the metro.

“Lianozovo” is a shallow station with two vestibules. One leads to Dmitrovskoye Highway, the other to Dubninskaya Street. Now the builders are completing the monolithic work. Reinforced concrete for the future station complex is being laid.

Tunnel boring machines Herrenknecht S-770 “Tatyana” and S-771 “Irina” are approaching site No. 40, located at the intersection of Dmitrovskoye Highway and Pilot Spirin Street. They lay the route at a depth of 13 to 19 meters.

“We mainly encounter loam during excavation,” said Vladimir Chudnetsov, deputy chief engineer of SMU-1. – The shields come with a difference of 150 meters.

“Tatyana” started in early November last year and covered 1,800 meters of the underground track. Irina set off two weeks later and dug 1,650 meters of tunnel.

“The shields went beyond the boundaries of the Moscow Ring Road, at that time they were carrying out organizational measures,” said Ilya Zvyagin, head of section No. 1 of SMU-1. – In such sections, we more strictly monitor the pressure in the downhole chamber load according to the load diagram, as well as the amount of pumped cement slurry, preventing the formation of voids in the space behind the lining.

The soil is transported using diesel locomotives along a narrow-gauge railway. A crane and excavators pick up rock from the soil receptacle, loading it into dump trucks and transporting it for disposal. During excavation, approximately 155 thousand cubic meters of rock were unloaded from both tunnels.

Now teams of ten people work in two shifts - TBM pilots and assemblers. The maintenance of the switchboards is carried out by UMM specialists; they are in charge of the electronics of the mechanisms. The shields themselves, according to Chudnetsov, have proven themselves well, especially since they are looked after by the reliable hands of metro builders.

“After we cross the 40th site, we will go towards the 41st, where the shields will go into the dismantling chamber,” Ilya Zvyagin clarified.

Work is also underway on the surface of all stations of the new section of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line. Thus, at Lianozovo, builders are busy constructing pedestrian crossings. The first will take passengers from the station to Dmitrovskoye Highway.

“Concrete preparation for waterproofing has been completed,” said the acting director. head of section No. 5 SMU-8, mining foreman Anton Maslenkin.

Monolithic work has also begun on the construction of pedestrian exit No. 2. So far it consists of three pits. In the first one, the construction of monolithic structures has already been completed and the laying of concrete is being completed. In the third, builders are preparing to excavate the soil. But the second one will be developed last. This will be adjacent to the second lobby. It will lead passengers to the Lianozovo railway platform.

In addition, the builders have completed concreting the last approach to the platform section of the station. At the same time, the station ventilation chamber and the main structures of the station cable channel are being built. In total, 70 people work at the site on the day shift and 35 on the night shift.

The household town of SMU-8 Metrostroy LLC at site No. 36, where the Lianozovo station of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line is being built, took second place.

The first place in the competition this year was earned by the builders of DSK-Proizvodstvo LLC, Installation Department No. 1, and the third place was completed by the branch of Roads and Bridges JSC, Mostootryad-4.
