The trade union of Tunnel Detachment No. 6 understands the desires and needs of metrostroy workers, because people who have given many years of their lives to the company work here. Thus, deputy trade union leader of TO-6 Nadezhda Stryganova has been working in Mosmetrostroy for 52 years.
Sometimes in life it happens that the decisions a person makes in his youth affect his entire life. After school, Nadezhda still didn’t know what she wanted to be, and on the advice of her relatives, she entered vocational school No. 72, well known to many metro construction workers, to become a fitter. After which I was assigned to SMU-3.
–The first working day was the third of March, and on the fifth we were invited to an evening—an amateur concert by metro construction workers. It was very interesting, – recalls Nadezhda Mikhailovna.
Thus began her working and social journey in the construction of the world's best metro.
Stryganova admits that she was never given the opportunity to work as a fitter. In the area where it ended up, the reinforcement work has already been completed. But there were enough tasks. She painted and plastered. Then she trained as a mine hoisting operator. She worked at mine No. 605 of the Kalinin radius.
Social activities of those years went inextricably with the Communist Party. By the way, Nadezhda Stryganova joined it at the age of 18, and in 1981 she was elected secretary of the Komsomol organization.
She always loved to be involved in social activities and was an active member of the trade union from her first days at work. Stryganova took part in all metro construction events and considered it an honor to go to the November and May demonstrations.
Nadezhda Mikhailovna worked as a typist for more than 30 years, of which 20 in mine 906 in First Samotechny Lane. Then she was appointed head of the shower complex and was soon elected chairman of the trade union committee of SMU-3, where she worked until the organization was closed in 2017 and moved to the sixth detachment. She is grateful to the management of TO-6 that after the cessation of the activities of SMU-3, she was invited to join them.
Now she works as a master of industrial baths. The headquarters at Elektrozavodskaya and Seligerskaya sponsored by her are always in exemplary order, but the main thing for her remains trade union activity. She is always ready to help - she will meet the delegation and go to the cleanup.
Despite such impressive experience, Nadezhda Mikhailovna strives to work as long as possible.
–When you work, you feel like a human being, – she says partingly.
