Honorary employee of Mosmetrostroy Olga Volgina, a technician at production site No. 3 SMU-25, knows firsthand what dedication to one’s work means. At the end of July it was exactly 50 years since she worked in the structure of our company.
Olga Nikolaevna graduated from vocational school No. 72 in 1973 as a plasterer-painter and was assigned to SMU-5. During this time, she managed to work in the following positions: mine hoisting operator, energy technician, production baths worker, mine surface foreman, head of the administrative and economic department. So Olga would have continued to work at SMU-5 if it had not been disbanded.
– I’m that kind of person, I came to one place and I’ll work. I'm already attached to this place. Over the years, Metrostroy has become a home for me, and its staff has become a family,” she says.
Since 2018, Olga Nikolaevna continued her work at SMU-25 as the head of the shower plant, and now works as a production site technician.
During her work, Volgina has established herself as an initiative, responsible and reliable employee, a professional in her field, working with great diligence and dedication. Colleagues speak of her as an efficient, hardworking and disciplined person.

When top officials came to Metrostroy, Olga Nikolaevna was responsible for organizing their reception and did it at the highest level! Working with her and generally being around such a person is a pleasure.
