The new law may prohibit builders from deviating from the approved metro station project. The chief architect of the design organization Mosmetrostroy JSC, Evgeny Kosygin, spoke about this at the “Evening Moscow” round table.
For now, the workers have freedom of action. According to Kosygin, the station project is like a kind of declaration. Within the framework of it, something can be changed.
“A specific technological task will change this situation,” Kosygin noted. - However, builders do not have specialists who would do this - metro technologists.
Currently, employees work based on their existing experience. The number of premises at the station and their location are determined by an expert council. But even if the project is approved, the builders can make adjustments.
— “I hope that the necessary department will be opened on the basis of construction institutes, and we will get the first metro technologist,” concluded the chief architect.
