LLC "AiS-4 Metrostroy" (AiS-4) appeared on February 10, 2005 on the basis of two enterprises - Scientific and Technical Center "Avtomatika" and LLC "SMU-4 Metrostroy". The organization approached its fifteenth anniversary with a large baggage of completed projects, each of which is unique in its own way.
AiS-4's specialization was the adjustment of automated power supply and ventilation systems in metro stations under construction.
The young organization, which at that time was headed by Viktor Pavlovich Murashko, declared its professionalism already on the first project assigned to it. This was the Serebryanoborsky tunnel, where AiS-4 carried out all the work on energy and ventilation. Here, specialists have gained invaluable experience, which they have been developing and increasing over the past 15 years.
There have been changes in the structure of A&S-4 over the years. So, during the crisis period in 2013, the organization’s design group moved to Inzhproekt.
In addition to setup, we mastered the installation of equipment. Today the company does not stand still. Takes on projects of other large companies. Among them are Ingeocom, Transinzhstroy, Mosinzhproekt and others.

WE CHRONICLE THE TRIGGER ICONS
It is difficult to list all the objects where specialists from AiS-4 had a hand. Each one left a commemorative badge. Using them, one can chronicle an organization that has gone down in the history of the construction of the capital’s metro.
A global breakthrough in the scope of work began with Salaryevo and Rumyantsevo on the Sokolnicheskaya metro line, where AiS-4 created a whole complex of engineering structures. By 2020, the stations “Maryina Roshcha”, “Mitino”, “Myakinino”, “Shipilovskaya”, “Delovoy Tsentr”, “Victory Park”, “Troparevo”, where, in addition to the usual work, the crowns of lamp trees were installed, stations of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya and Nekrasovskaya lines, “Khovrino”, “Belomorskaya”, “Butyrskaya”, “Fonvizinskaya”, “Petrovsko-Razumovskaya”, “Okruzhnaya”, “Verkhnie Likhobory”, “Seligerskaya”, “Kotelniki” and others.
– We often surface at stations where we did not plan to work. We are called as a fire brigade, as an operational brigade, when something doesn’t go well, when there is a difficult case. People recognize us, smile and say: “AiS has arrived! That means there will be a launch!” – says AiS-4 director Alexander Murashko.
BREATHING LIFE INTO THE STATION
AiS-4 specialists install and launch traction and step-down substations (TSS), which they also call “the heart of metro stations.” They also carry out commissioning of hermetic shutters and escalators, even deep slopes, more than 60 meters (Victory Park, Nizhnyaya Maslovka, stations of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line). Complex machines are used here, the work is painstaking and requires a lot of understanding. Many automation circuits, whole webs of sensors and system algorithms that must work flawlessly in normal and emergency modes. All equipment used for adjustment is tested by employees of our own electrical laboratory.
“Engineering systems are repeated, but at each metro station they become unique,” explains Sergei Markin, first deputy director. – Our task is to make sure that everything works without failures for as long as possible. Also one of the areas of activity is tunnel, fire and local ventilation.
AiS-4 launches huge fans (VOMs) in stages, between stations and at the stations themselves. It also carries out technological adjustment of the system according to design data. This includes vibration measurements, air flow measurements and air flow control.
With the development of technology, equipment becomes more complex and algorithms become more cunning. There is a constant process of training and advanced training of employees. This includes trips to manufacturing plants and learning new software.
– We definitely go around the facilities and look at new equipment. Factories are finalizing and improving it, this must be taken into account in the as-built documentation. In addition, it is important to feel everything with your hands, “touch” it, study it,” says Anna Troinina, head of the technical department.

WE CREATE FAMILY CLANS
The AiS-4 team took shape over the course of 15 years. Now there are about 60 people working here, who can be called family. There is a light, positive, friendly atmosphere here. There is virtually no turnover, even in difficult times. Firing or hiring are rare events.
– We don’t hire people from the street or by advertisement. We are all connected by family or friendship ties. A father brings his son, a son brings a friend, a friend brings his brother. The most important thing is for the person to join our team, and we will teach them how to work,” shares Alexander Murashko. – In addition to people with regalia and diplomas, we have self-taught people. We invest a lot of time and knowledge in each person. Such a specialist will never betray in the future, no matter what tests the organization goes through.
Thus, over 15 years, family and friendly clans (Matorins, Kosarevs) were formed, and eight dynasties were formed. This is all thanks to the fact that there is no strict corporate policy here, but it has its own work ethic and established funny traditions. Each employee brings back souvenirs from vacation - a decorative plate and a magnet. Upon entering the planning department, your eyes are filled with the breadth of the geography of travel.
– We have a very friendly team, it’s easy to work! If complex questions arise, you can contact any colleague, including our director. “Everyone immediately puts aside current affairs and helps find a solution,” says Olga Rebrova, head of the estimate and contract department.
The organization's anniversary is taking place as usual. There is no time to celebrate, the opening of Lefortovo and Aviamotornaya is coming soon. The most important thing, all AiS-4 employees are confident, is that the metro is built. Then there will be work and prospects.
