To "Aviamotornaya" with comfort

Work on the construction of the infrastructure of the Aviamotornaya transport hub is being carried out by SMU-1 in accordance with the schedule.

The second vestibule of the "Aviamotornaya" BCL from the side is in a high degree of readiness Aviamotornaya street and the passage connecting it with the station under the railway tracks of the Kazan direction.

In the final stage - architectural finishing work using composite materials, installation of engineering systems. Granite and marble are laid on the walls and floors, the ceilings are decorated with decorative panels, and aluminum umbrellas are placed in the passage. In the ticket hall there are turnstiles and escalators, above the lower platform of which there are reliefs depicting the goddess Nike and people in special wing suits. One of the last stages will be the installation of individual lighting sources.

In the interchange hub between the Aviamotornaya stations of the BKL and the Kalininskaya line, waterproofing and monolithic work have been carried out in the machine room and basement. The pouring of reinforced concrete structures in the distribution hall and the approach corridor is nearing completion.

The head of section No. 2 of SMU-1, Ruslan Medzhidov, notes that the second vestibule and the transfer hub will significantly reduce the time spent by passengers to access the stations. In turn, Alexey Grigoriev, head of section No. 4 of SMU-1, added that thanks to the underground transfer, trips will become more comfortable for residents and guests not only of Lefortovo, but also of other districts in the east of Moscow.
