The graphite line of the metro will run to the north-west of Moscow. It will stretch from the Moscow City business center to the Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye microdistrict outside the Moscow Ring Road. Moscow Metrostroy has been entrusted with the construction of the Lipovaya Roshcha station, which will become the final station in the first stage of construction.
In total, six stations are planned to be launched at the first stage: “Zvenigorodskaya”, “People’s Militia”, “Boulevard of General Karbyshev”, “Serebryany Bor”, “Strogino” and “Linden Grove”. Since “Linden Grove” will be the terminal for some time, track development is provided behind the station for the turnover and parking of trains. At the second stage, the Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye and Ilyinskaya stations will be built.
Work on the Linden Grove began in August of this year. The planning of the territory, soil cutting, embankment construction and site leveling began on September 13.
— We are now engaged in the implementation of the draft earth mass plan: the installation of enclosing structures and the development of soil in the pit. They also began constructing a pioneer trench under the wall in the ground, which will reach a depth of 38 meters, says SMU-12 deputy chief engineer Sergei Toroschin.рассказывает заместитель главного инженера СМУ-12 Сергей Торощин.
The depth of the station itself will be 26 meters. It will be built in an open way, 240 meters long, and in the installation chamber, which will remain after the ten-meter shield is driven to the Strogino station, a lobby and ticket hall will be built.
— Three grab installations are usedLiebherr 855 and 845, a three-hundred-ton crane, a one-hundred-ton crawler crane, the specificity of which allows you to move long 38-meter frames, a slipway for the manufacture of the frame and two loaders for removing the developed soil, — explains Deputy Chief Engineer of Stroymekhservis Vyacheslav Dekhanov.
While on one side of the construction site they are working on constructing a wall in the ground in the MSC (out of 102 stops, 42 and 4 load stops have been made so far), on the other, preparations are underway for the construction of dismantling chambers, which next summer will meet two six-meter TBMs running under the protected area from Rublevo-Arkhangelskoye.
The construction site is located in the Moscow region along the Moscow Ring Road near the 63–64th kilometer of the highway between Novorizhskoye Highway and the territory of the Sputnik residential and public development. Its length is 700 meters. Now it employs about 170 people. Very soon a large shower facility and a convenient construction headquarters will be built for them, because they will have to work on this site for about three more years.
