Major renovations are nearing completion at Filevsky Park. The station platform was completely opened to passengers on November 19.
SMU-6, USR, SMU-4 and SMU-25 participated in the renovation of Filevsky Park at various stages. Due to repairs, for a long time only one side of the platform was operational at the station. Then, when train stops resumed in both directions, boarding and alighting were carried out through specific cars. Now the movement of passengers is not limited in any way.
As the deputy head of section No. 3 of SMU-6 Alexander Shuisky said, the platform was dismantled almost entirely and rebuilt. The subplatform piles in its middle part are the only thing left from earlier times. Tests showed that the supports retained their load-bearing capacity, so they were not replaced. Instead of an asphalt surface, the platform is now decorated with granite slabs with a heating system with infrared emitters. Decorative fiber-reinforced concrete panels appeared on the track walls. The railings and fences were updated.
Metro builders also demolished both lobbies and built new ones in their place. Eastern opened back in June. The old stained-glass windows here were replaced with energy-efficient double-glazed windows, which reduce heating of the premises in the summer and prevent heat loss in the winter. Porcelain stoneware, granite slabs and metal facade panels were installed on the floor, walls and plinth of the facade. We made modern lighting. Meanwhile, finishing work on the western lobby continues. They plan to open it soon.
– We can say that another station has appeared at Filevsky Park. We have reduced everything to almost zero and built it according to a new project,” concludes Shuisky.
Major repairs will soon be completed at the neighboring stations of the Filevskaya line. The opening of Bagrationovskaya is approaching. “Studencheskaya”, “Kutuzovskaya”, “Fili”, “Pionerskaya” and “Kuntsevskaya” were handed over to the metro.
– Lobbies and platforms have already become available to passengers at most of our facilities. There remains a small amount of work, including in the office premises, said the head of the complex, Alexey Arbuzov, who is supervising the project. 90th anniversary
