The end of the year is a good reason to sum up the results and celebrate the achievements of the team. Moscow Metrostroy has once again proven that it is a leader in its field of activity. Very soon the technical launch of the Okruzhnaya, Verkhnie Likhobory and Seligerskaya stations of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya line will take place.
An equally complex and important object is the north-eastern section of the Third Interchange Circuit. This is a project unprecedented in its scale and significance for the city. It will solve the problem of congestion on metro lines and make the commute more comfortable for passengers. The future second ring will unite all existing and planned radial directions, becoming the longest metro line. If we talk about the number of stations, then 7 out of 28 planned ones are already being built by our specialists. These are Nizhnyaya Maslovka, Sheremetyevskaya, Rzhevskaya, Stromynka, Rubtsovskaya, Lefortovo and Aviamotornaya.
We are also carrying out a major overhaul of the Filevskaya line, one of the oldest in the capital’s metro. The work will be completely completed next year. After reconstruction, the stations will appear to passengers in a modern and bright appearance.
