Women have incredible power, capable of much, including successfully governing the country. Our history is proof of this. Of the 196 years of existence of the Russian Empire, 64 years were ruled by women.
You have control over the same areas that we men have control over. From the first days of the foundation of the Moscow Metro Construction, women actively took part in construction. They fought the underground elements at construction sites on equal terms with men and designed stations. Young Komsomol members, having mastered the professions of concrete workers and insulator workers, became managers of mines and entire departments.
Is it possible to do without women at a construction site today? If you want, you probably can. But I can say with complete confidence that it is not necessary, because you have long won professional recognition and respect from your colleagues in the construction industry.
Your scrupulousness in calculating income and expenses, drawing up contracts and analyzing the legal framework is irreplaceable. Estimators, lawyers, accountants, finishers, surveyors and technical equipment engineers - in these professions you are in no way inferior to men, and often even surpass them in numbers, in the level of professional training and experience.
However, no matter what positions you hold, you remain women first and foremost. I wish you happiness, health, love and new successes!
