Elena Filimonova: think globally, act locally
We continue the “Frankly speaking” section. Its heroes are employees of the Mosmetrostroy group of companies, who share the rules of life with readers and speak honestly about themselves. This time we talked with Deputy General Director for Development and Property Management Elena Filimonova. She told how she differs from other women and why happiness belongs to the fearless.
- I was born in the city of Sayanogorsk in the Republic of Khakassia. I graduated from school there with a medal. Having entered the Faculty of Law of KSU, she left for Krasnoyarsk.
- I always really liked history. When you study one event from different points of view and think: “What really happened there?” That’s why old Moscow is my special love.
- My parents have nothing to do with jurisprudence. I am a pioneer in this profession. It seemed to my dad that this was not for me, that even though I had artistic taste, I needed to do something designer. I won’t say that he was wrong, but I decided to make it my hobby.
- I am passionate about creating beautiful things, no matter what - a drawing, a craft, a piece of furniture. I dream that someday I will have my own workshop.
- I was at the origins of the creation of the Rosreestr structure in the country. She gained unique experience by heading the first rights registration center in Sayanogorsk. From that moment I was drawn into real estate and have been doing it all my life.
- Life in Moscow began for me from scratch. A complex city that doesn't believe in tears, but provides huge opportunities for anyone who is fearless, hardworking and wants to make a difference.
- I do not divide professions into male and female. If your skills are in demand, gender does not matter.
- When applied to work, I like the phrase “think globally, act locally.”
- I work for the sake of creation, I want to leave a bright mark in this life.
- The words “women love with their ears” are absolutely not about me. Whether in work or in personal relationships, the main thing for me is business.
- I always believe in the company. My task is to use the property complex as efficiently as possible and develop it.
- I am proud to work at Mosmetrostroy, with people who do a great job professionally.
- I am a strict, demanding leader, but I can always hear a person and justify my position.
- I don’t accept hypocrisy. Basically I don't understand it.
- I always rejoice on March 8th. This is a holiday that quickly brings the beginning of spring, the revival and revival of nature closer.
- I have two daughters. I try to raise them to be purposeful, educated people striving for self-development.
