Inna zomberg: I work with the team on the principles of trust and concern

I first came to Mosmetrostroy in 2012, as a corporate secretary. After working for 12 months, she quit for personal reasons and returned two years later to another position. From a distance I realized that it was love at first sight.

The company appeals to me because it is a real production organization, because we do a good deed for a large number of people. Communication with the team is based on two basic principles - trust and concern. I try to be a support and support for my employees, the head of a large legal family.

If an employee gets up and leaves at the end of the working day, although the tasks have not been resolved, then this is definitely not my person.

I value dedication and high professionalism in my colleagues. I think they respect me for my openness, desire to help and hard work.

We have partnership relations with our subordinates. I won’t say that I am a strict, demanding leader who controls any movements. But I can also lose my temper, although this happens extremely rarely. More often I explain to people what was done wrong and what it entails.

I do not accept lies, especially when it concerns the interests of the case.

My zodiac sign is Virgo, so I am pedantic when it comes to paperwork. This is the “face” of lawyers.

It’s easier for me to work with men and those women for whom business comes first. This is a masculine approach to work.

In our company there are only two women among the deputy general directors, so at any moment we can lean on the strong male shoulder of both other managers and employees.

Reading is my hobby. Ayn Rand's book Atlas Shrugged became a landmark book. It is about self-sufficient people who are confident in themselves and are able to solve any issue.

At first, there is distrust of a female leader. As my criminal law professor used to say, if she doesn't come across as "something with pants on," there's an initial doubt about whether that person can really do anything.

I didn’t plan to become a lawyer and always believed that my job was raising children. I wanted to become an English teacher. The family council determined that being a teacher is not a profession, but a vocation. Therefore, the choice fell on the Faculty of Law.

In our family, almost all women are teachers. My dream of becoming a teacher came true too. I taught at a university for more than four years. We still communicate with many students.

Criminal cases are not my specialty. I will never be able to defend rapists, murderers, people who hurt someone so much.

I love to sing, I love everything related to music. If we go back to my childhood dreams, I would graduate from music school with a choral degree. I plan to start taking individual lessons. And I love karaoke.

As a child, I had the nickname Pioneer because I was an excellent student. A student with a rector's scholarship, winner of various Olympiads, the best student in her city in 1995. Everything was easy, except for physical education. Because of the bad mark in this subject, I was left without a gold medal. I didn’t get along well with the teacher. She loved hooligans, but I was not like that - I don’t know, unfortunately or fortunately.

My favorite place in Moscow is around Vorontsovo Pole Street and further down to Kitay-Gorod. Exciting architecture, amazing road solutions.

Favorite metro station is Belorusskaya on the Zamoskoretskaya line. For me, it is so classically metro building that, frankly, it takes my breath away when I find myself there.
