The best gift is the birth of a daughter
We continue the “Frankly speaking” section. Its heroes are employees of the Mosmetrostroy group of companies, who share their rules of life with readers and speak honestly about themselves. Director of CJSC "USR Mosmetrostroy" Alexander Bondarenko told what kind of music workers listened to in the 80s, what might upset him and how to earn money.
- There is only one entry in my work book - USR Mosmetrostroy. I've been working here for 30 years.
- I don't have a favorite metro station. It's hard to choose one when there are so many of them.
- I studied at the Faculty of Cybernetics at MEPhI. Without a metropolitan registration, I was given a “mailbox” in another city - after studying I was sent to work as assigned. Besides, I was already married and did not want to leave my family. Therefore, I transferred to another university to the Faculty of Economics and went to work as a worker at Mosmetrostroy. Three years later I received a residence permit.
- While I was serving in the army, I joined the party - I always tried to be in the vanguard.
- I have a principle - never say never.
- It seems to me that a person can do without everything if he has the urge. But not without a family.
- I was not a bully as a child. I was raised by strict parents. In addition, the family managed a large farm - there was not enough time for nonsense.
- I belong to the Soviet generation: whatever the party orders, I will do.
- Never envy anyone. If you want something, go for it.
- Easy money cannot tempt me. When we lacked something in the 90s, I earned my living by honest work.
- I received my second diploma at RUDN University and became a civil engineer.
- I always tried to find a source of income. For example, after college I organized a book business with students - a small printing house. At that time, books were in short supply.
- If I had been lazy, I would definitely have become a bandit. But then it is not clear whether I would have lived in this world or not.
- I am not a very religious person. Those who studied at MEPhI do not believe in God.
- I lived so that my parents would not be ashamed of me.
- The lies are upsetting. When I understand that a person is lying, it throws me off balance. I don’t support white lies either. Sooner or later, everything secret becomes clear.
- In the 80s, so much accessible music splashed onto the market: Scorpions, Pink Floyd - it was cool! But in Mosmetrostroy they shouted “Tender May” from every corner. I didn’t understand this, but then I accepted it. You get used to everything.
- You can always find a common language with a decent person, even if he has a difficult character.
- At the age of forty, I started playing the saxophone. Currently, I prefer listening to musical performances than playing myself.
- I am interested in hunting, collecting weapons, breeding pigeons and skiing. I read a lot of different books to keep up to date with everything. But I only read avidly when I was a child; now I don’t have time for that. When I retire, I will re-read everything that I didn’t have time to.
- I like Stolypin, his reforms, his way of thinking. I wouldn’t mind talking to such a historical figure.
- I love educational programs. When I moved to Moscow, the first thing I wanted was to have my own home. When I was thirty, I built it and left the city.
- The best gift in life is the birth of a daughter.
