The renovated camp awaits guests

Fresh lawns, renovated beige and burgundy buildings, a spacious gym and a football field - the “Young Metro Builder” camp is ready to receive its first campers. In August, employees of the Mosmetrostroy JSC group of companies will come here to evaluate the updated recreation center. Earlier, Mosmetrostroy General Director Sergei Zhukov, together with his deputies and heads of subsidiaries, inspected the camp, the renovation of which took almost two years. As a result of the visit, a visiting board of directors was held for all areas of the holding's activities.

The camp welcomes guests with a bright entrance group, decorated in the colors of Mosmetrostroy, stylized as a tunnel made of tubing. The silhouette of the entrance to the territory follows the company logo. True, instead of tracks, a renovated road emerges from the decorative tunnel, which stretches along the canteen building.

The asphalt turns into an alley paved with paving stones of linden, pine and chestnut trees. There is a fountain on the central square.

The spacious premises of the sports hall are decorated with banners with the symbols of Mosmetrostroy and its subsidiaries that took part in the reconstruction work. In the future, commercial tournaments and competitions among builders can be held here. Almost everything is ready for the games - all that remains is to hang the nets on the football goals and mount the basketball hoops.

“We are organizing a familiarization trip to the camp for metro construction workers from August 17 to 19,” said Sergei Steshenko, chairman of the Terkom of the Mosmetrostroy trade union. – You can get there by train, which leaves Kievsky Station at 16:41 and arrives in Balabanovo at 18:11. A transfer will be organized from the station to the camp. Guests will be provided with four meals a day, a cultural and sports program.

During the reconstruction, all communications on the camp territory were updated, the parking lot was paved, wells were inspected, new treatment facilities were built, and a boiler room was installed.
