Stroymekhservice celebrates its twentieth anniversary
In March 2021, Stroymekhservice Metrostroy LLC celebrates its 20th anniversary. Nowadays, the company has become a recognizable brand in the capital. No work can be done without it at any Mosmetrostroy construction site.
Stroymekhservice was founded on March 16, 2001. It became the successor to mechanized SMU No. 9, which since the 1950s at the Moscow Metrostroy has been engaged in fastening and developing pits, removing soil, and servicing earthmoving and lifting equipment. Until February 2004 it was called Stroymekhservis-9 LLC. Now Metrostroy's Stroymekhservice is a team of highly qualified specialists numbering over 1000 people, in which many working dynasties have formed.
After moving in 2018 from the Zyablikovo district, where from the moment of its creation Stroymekhservice had production workshops and a site with a parking lot for special equipment, to two sites in the south of Moscow, and then to the Golyanovo district, we managed to retain the team, and in 2019 recruited 200 employees of SMU No. 9 Metrostroy LLC. Even earlier, some of the employees of Auto M-34 LLC, Transcom LLC, and Vizbas company were employed. Together with specialists, the company returned to the technology of fastening pits - the “wall in soil” method, soil freezing and water reduction.
The enterprise has at its disposal almost 300 units of modern construction equipment and mechanisms from leading manufacturers with the ability to carry out construction and installation work in a wide range of indicators.
Everything flows, everything changes, only the principle that has been carried through the years has not changed: the main thing in Stroymekhservice is a working person.

I came to Stroymekhservice immediately after college. Stroymekhservice, first of all, for me is a circle of friends and like-minded people, with many of whom I graduated from the same educational institution. Our fleet includes 260 units of construction and automotive equipment. Despite the average age of the equipment - 15 years - everything is in working order thanks to our machine shop. One of the oldest machines we inherited from Vizbas is a BAUER BG14 drilling rig manufactured in 1986. It has undergone replacement of all rubber goods and high pressure hoses and is now working on construction sites. Of course, the fleet requires updating of at least 28 items in the model range. This includes earth-moving equipment and a dump truck. We monitor new technologies on the market, attend annual exhibitions, and undergo training. So, we recently purchased an Italian boring and surfacing machine. Sometimes, due to lack of funds for new equipment, we make it ourselves. One of the latest such developments is a grab rope bucket for excavation with a volume of 5.3 cubic meters for the base machine LIEBHERR HS 845. Colleagues from UMM manufactured it according to our instructions, and LIEBHERR engineers reconfigured the machine.

20 years of organization and 20 years of its leadership by Anatoly Vasilievich Semushkin. He is our central link. All initiatives come from him. Our manager is quite strict and demanding. At the same time, he is unusually attentive, notices everything, down to the smallest detail. It comes from him that the main thing in the company is a “healthy team.” He says that equipment, the availability of technology, production capacity are, of course, important, but the main thing is people, attention, first of all, to those who work. He prefers to recruit himself. And he pays great attention not only to production, but also to the organization of joint leisure, recreation, and what brings the team together. Everyone knows about Semushkin’s Komsomol past, but in the present he retains the worldview of a Komsomol leader. Thanks to this, our team is very friendly, friendly, and united. If we talk about the 20th anniversary of Stroymekhservice Metrostroy, then I ended up here even before its birth. In 1979, after military service under the Komsomol conscription, he came to Metro Construction. He was accepted into SMU No. 9, which was then still in the Glavtonnelmetrostroy system, as a driver. They built the Serpukhov radius, the first trips were here. Then there was preparation for the construction of the section from the Kashirskaya to Krasnogvardeyskaya stations. He carried soil, filling the site for the SMU-12 shower complex on Orekhovoy, and after the launch of the Krasnogvardeyskaya, he built a repair base for his organization here. So he remained among the drivers of the organization with a base on Orekhovoy, when, after a series of changes in signs and organizational and legal forms, Stroymekhservice-9 was born here. After studying at the institute, he became a mechanic, and since 2014, he has been the head of the RSU section. Stroymekhservice is my second home. It has reliable walls and roof. Behind this fortress of walls stands the family team, the leader and us. We've been together for 20 years! I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate everyone on this date!

He came to SMU-9 of Metrostroy on Orekhovy in 1994 after graduating from college and serving in the army (Afghanistan, 1987-1989). Nikolai Nikolaevich Serikov personally hired him. The first mentor is Vasily Pavlovich Yarovoy. Here I found my soul mate. After the separation of technologies, he ended up in SMU-9 as the head of the section with mechanization for the “wall in the ground.” During the work, he did not lose his team and returned to Stroymekhservice with his team in September 2019. Stroymekhservice is a family for me in every sense. Because my wife, the head of the HR and social work department Olga Petukhova, works here, and my friends are here. My immediate boss is Veldin Alexander Nikolaevich. Fifteen years younger than me. And we have known each other for almost as many years. I can only say one thing about this man - you can go on reconnaissance missions with him. He won’t let you down, he will always support you, he will do it according to his conscience, without any dilemmas. I am glad that I am part of this team, and I want to congratulate all my friends and colleagues on this significant date.
CONGRATULATIONS OF COLLEAGUES
For many years I collaborated with Moscow Metrostroy, I was familiar with Tatyana Viktorovna Fedorova and Igor Ivanovich Buchinsky. Our company Start LLC organized food points for metro construction workers; there were many launch facilities. We worked three shifts, feeding the workers both above and below ground. I have never seen a better attitude towards people, towards workers than at Stroymekhservis. Anatoly Vasilyevich Semushkin was the first who did not understand at all if showers and food outlets were not organized for the workers. He strived for everything to be modern, with the best technology. He said that the most important thing is that people feel cared for and know what they are working for. This is an exceptional person whom you can come to at any time, even with sorrows or joys. He created around himself a core of like-minded people who understand each other perfectly.
