I sang the song “All my hope in the metro”, which became the unofficial anthem of Metrostroy. The lyrics were written by Nikolai Dobronravov, the music by Alexandra Pakhmutova. Representatives of the capital's metro approached them with a proposal to create such a composition. It took a lot of time to implement the project, there were a lot of additions, to be honest, but it turned out to be infinitely important. There were no such songs before. Today there are generally few professional songs about working people. This niche has not been filled in any way. But people should be thanked for their work! And thank you can be said within such moments. It has always been in our blood.
I want metro builders to be proud of their profession and consider it the most important. We have “All our hope is in the metro...”. Dobronravov’s poetry says this very correctly. I would like to wish you comfort and happiness. To be thanked for your work not only with money, but also with attention. Metro construction worker is one of the main professions in our lives.
